This is a professional e-portfolio outlining my progressive involvement in scientific research as a Biochemist and Cell Molecular Biologist, with existing 8 years of experience in laboratory and field investigation of a wide spectrum of infectious diseases including Fungi Aspergillus species in mycology,  various plant viruses in Virology, malaria parasites and COVID-19 in cell molecular laboratories, Staphylococcus species in microbiology. Currently focusing on characterizing and validating human transcriptome and genomic-based predictive markers of protection and susceptibility to infection and clinical phenotype in African population.
